MVP Final Check (“the Software”) is developed and supplied by Final Check Audio Ltd (“we”, “us”).
When you purchase the Software, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it for your own work.
The licence allows activation on a limited number of devices per user.
Ownership of the Software and all intellectual property rights remain with Final Check Audio Ltd.
You must not redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share licence keys, or attempt to bypass or disable licensing or activation.
We reserve the right to revoke or disable a licence key if we reasonably believe it has been redistributed, resold, or used in breach of these terms.
The Software is a digital product delivered electronically (download and/or activation).
By purchasing, you agree to immediate access to the Software and understand you lose your right to cancel once the download or activation begins.
Because access is provided immediately as a digital product, refunds are not provided once download or activation has started, except where required by law.
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements for the Software.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Final Check Audio Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Software.
